6 Sunday afternoon retreats in the beautiful surrounds of Wicklow.   Sept 7- Oct 22nd.  We travel to the sea, the mountains, the bogs, the lake, the woods, the graveyard and spend an hour in mindful solitude.  We return to share our experiences in a safe facilitated environment.  Donal O'Hannain and Anne Lillis are the sharing facilitators.   

I believe in the healing power of art. I paint intuitively. Creating an artwork is quite a big process - from purchasing canvas and other materials and then working over a couple of weeks/months, so the price is negotiable for each individual exchange. Price below is an example for sketches.  But materials and time will alter the price.

I am a qualified creative therapist. This involves mindfulness and art. I believe in creativity's purpose to connect us to our inner guidance and to offer insights into who we are. The fundamental belief is that everyone is creative. As children we enjoyed playing with our imagination naturally. We can reconnect with those simple, beautiful and unique gifts. I offer sessions online for individuals or groups. We are planning a group session for this Sunday evening on zoom at 5pm.  Beginners welcome.
