SWELL FESTIVAL 2025 - PROGRAMME OUT NOW
We have a wonderful programme of events in store for you this October - there will be something suitable for all ages, abilities and interests.
Most events are free - thanks to people giving generously of their time and skills. This year we are encouraging people to donate in Waves or Cash to thank people for their generosity and help us do more in our community all year round.
Huge thanks to NCCE members for offering their own activities - look out for a special film screening with Portrush Film Theatre and the NCCE big lunch.

Hello, you are welcome to join me for a journey into our essential goodness via self expression.  The online session begins with a welcoming introduction and a guided mindfulness practise.  Then I invite you very gently to listen within and explore your inner guidance to create.  There are no mistakes or corrections.  It's a personal process of allowing and listening and sharing.  For people who believe they aren't creative you would be amazed at the gorgeous and wonderful insights that can emerge if we gift ourselves with some safe intuitive time to reveal our true best selves.   If you are interested in connecting with your authentic voice, then this might be for you.  The rates below are only guidelines.  Give a donation or just turn up.  I am very joyful about giving something back to the community that has given me so much.  If you contact me at annelillis9@gmail.com, I will send you a zoom link for the Sunday sessions.  We continue September 14 7.00 pm

1 hour pop up early morning beach yoga session on East strand.

This has been an exceptional year for fruit, so I have a large amount of Braeburn apples available - much more than I can cope with! Being cookers they will keep for weeks, if you store them in a nice dry and dark space. Please bring your own bags

I am interested in your home made jam, chutneys or pickles if you have any surplus 🙂

I want to lay an extra thick layer of loft insulation in the loft of my cottage to insulate it better for the winter. It already has a thin layer between joists. I can provide the rolls and safety
